Annika Nourishing New Life
a practice built around calm confidence.

A bespoke WordPress and WooCommerce build for a registered nutritional therapist in Carmarthenshire, specialising in women's hormone health: PCOS, menopause and fertility support. One brand, one gentle journey, one clear first step.

A sensitive subject needs a gentle, trustworthy website.

Annika helps women who often arrive feeling dismissed and exhausted: struggling with PCOS, perimenopause or fertility, and tired of being told it is all normal. The website had to do the opposite of a hard sell. Soft, warm and unhurried, with a clear first step that costs nothing.

We designed a calm, brand-led identity around elegant serif typography, a blush and sage palette and soft organic shapes, then built it as a bespoke WordPress theme with WooCommerce underneath, so one-to-one programmes, self-study courses and digital downloads all live in one coherent place. Every page ends the same way it begins: with an invitation to book a free health review.

What we delivered

Brand-led design system

Serif display type, a blush and sage palette and soft arch-shaped imagery, applied consistently from homepage to checkout.

Booking-led journey

Every page funnels gently toward one action: booking a free health review. One offer, one label, everywhere, so a nervous first-time visitor never has to work out what to do next.

WooCommerce self-study shop

Structured, practitioner-designed PDF programmes sold directly, with a basket and checkout that match the brand.

Condition pages built for search

Dedicated, plain-English pages for hormones, PCOS, menopause, fertility and functional testing, each mapped to how women actually search.

A shop that fits a clinic, not the other way round.

Not everyone needs one-to-one care to start improving their hormone health. The self-study shop sells structured, evidence-informed PDF programmes for hormone balance, fertility, cycle health and menopause, giving visitors a clear, cost-effective place to begin at their own pace.rnrnWooCommerce powers the basket, checkout and digital delivery, but none of it feels like a bolted-on store. Product pages carry the same serif typography, soft shapes and unhurried tone as the rest of the site, so moving from reading to buying never breaks the sense of care.

Content foundations that compound.

Hormone-supportive recipes and a journal sit alongside the condition pages, structured around the searches her clients actually make: PCOS nutrition, menopause support, fertility and cycle health.rnrnEach piece of content links back into the relevant support page and, from there, to the free health review, so useful reading quietly becomes the start of a client relationship rather than a dead end.

Just as considered in one hand.

Most of Annika's visitors arrive on a phone, often late at night, researching symptoms. The mobile experience keeps the same calm pacing: generous type, soft spacing, and the free health review always within a thumb's reach.rnrnThe build is responsive from the ground up rather than squeezed down from desktop, so nothing important is hidden, truncated or fiddly on a small screen.

Programmes, pricing and a clear first step.

Focused support for a clear starting point, or a 12-week programme for deeper guidance: the structure of the practice is the structure of the site. An at-a-glance comparison helps visitors find the programme that matches their goals, and the free health review is always the safety net for anyone unsure where to begin.
